With the passage Blue Water Navy Act, VA removed the loan limit for Veterans with full eligibility. It’s not uncommon to see lenders offering VA loans up to $2,00,000 with competitive interest rates when compared to conventional jumbo loan options.

With limited eligibility, VA does set loan limits for each county in Washington State.

King, Pierce, Snohomish: $891,250

All other counties: $647,250
